BeoVision 10 40-inch LED-backlit HDTV from Bang & Olufsen
Designed with the idea of adding life to your wallpaper, the new LED-based BeoVision 10 from Bang & Olufsen is a slim, fully integrated TV solution with a classic Bang & Olufsen identity developed specifically for wall placement. The elegant appearance mingles extremely well with the paintings and interior decoration of any home.
The 40-inch Full HD 200/240Hz TV uses LED backlighting for picture quality and reduced depth, meaning you can hang the set on a wall as if it were a particularly expensive picture.
While B&O would far prefer you to pair the BeoVision 10 with one of their similarly-pricey speaker setups, the HDTV does have a stereo speaker pair behind the lower mesh section. It also offers direct surround sound outputs, a DVB-HD digital TV tuner and electronic curtains – since you need some drama in your life – as well as a hinge on the left or right hand side so that you can tilt the BeoVision 10 out from the wall.
Elsewhere it’s all brushed or polished aluminum, glass and “floating” fabric for the speaker cover, the latter of which is magnetically mounted so that B&O can sell you replacements in alternative colors.
